ELIGIBILITY CHECK SECTION

To apply for an apprenticeship, you'll just need to be over 16 years old and no longer in full-time education.

There are also a few other requirements, please answer the questions below to see if you can enrol onto the apprenticeship programme.

The apprenticeship you have applied for, can be anything from 12 to 18 months.

1. The apprenticeship pay is minimum of £8.00 per hour for the first 12 months, it then goes up to the minimum wage dependant on age. Are you OK with that? *

Eligibility documents

Apprenticeships are government funded, so we have to hold evidence that you are eligible. Please email the following to recruitment@alphabet-training.co.uk within 7 working days of submitting this form.

  1. Proof of ID. A copy of your passport or your birth certificate.
  2. Proof of address. A copy of your driving licence, a utility bill less than 3 months old, a bank statement or a government letter.
  3. Maths and English certificates. Copies of your GCSE certificates, or the equivalent.

Failure to send all of these documents will result in your application being unsuccessful.

What happens next

  1. You submit this form. Your answers come straight through to the Recruitment Team.
  2. You email your documents. Proof of ID, proof of address and your maths and English certificates, within 7 working days.
  3. We contact you. Once your form and your documents are both complete, a member of the Recruitment Team will be in touch to talk through the next stage.
  4. If you have not heard from us. If nothing has reached you within 7 days of submitting this form, email recruitment@alphabet-training.co.uk.
