Join our Early Years or Health and Social Care Skills Bootcamp and unlock your full potential. This 8 week programme is designed to equip you with the practical skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to succeed in the Early Years or Health and Care sectors.
Early Years
Our Early Years Skills Bootcamp is an 8 week programme, face to face delivery only, designed to equip learners with the practical skills and knowledge needed to succeed in early years settings such as nurseries, childcare, childminding, and playgroups.
The programme covers key areas including safeguarding, child development, supporting learning, managing transitions, working with families, and professional practice. Learners will also have the opportunity to complete a short placement within a nursery setting, gaining valuable hands on experience.

11 May 2026 to 7 July 2026
No delivery on 25 and 26 May. Mondays and Tuesdays, 9:30am to 2:30pm.
Cohort 2
13 July 2026 to 15 September 2026
No delivery on 24, 25 and 31 August, and 1 September. Mondays and Tuesdays, 9:30am to 2:30pm.
Health & Social Care
Our Health and Social Care Skills Bootcamp is an 8 week programme, face to face delivery only, designed to equip learners with the practical skills and knowledge needed to succeed in health and social care settings such as residential care, home care, and community care.
The programme covers key areas including safeguarding, mental health, personal development, duty of care, communication, and infection control. On completion, learners are guaranteed a job interview, supporting progression into employment within the sector.
